A tribute to all the areas in all the Californias affected by the wildfires, this poster communicates a Morse-code distress call — dot-dot-dot, dash-dash-dash, dot-dot-dot — using the geographic boundaries of each county.

From top left, they are Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Riverside, (California in the center, in red), Baja California, San Bernardino, Orange, and San Diego counties.

About the artist: Born helpless, naked, and unable to provide for himself, Robert Palmer eventually overcame these handicaps to become a graphic designer in San Diego, California. If you see Robert, remind him he has to go to work tomorrow. His website is http://rp-network.com/.
